STEP TWO – IVF Treatment
- IVF consult with Dr. Feinberg, Dr. Kovalevsky or Dr. Neithardt
- All nursing consults & calls
- Medication instructions
- All monitoring for IVF & office visits
- IVF clinical procedures: egg retrieval
- IVF lab procedures: fertilization (including ICSI), embryo culture, embryo assessment & assisted hatching, and blastocyst cryopreservation
- Physician consult to discuss outcomes and how/ when FET will proceed
- Embryo storage for 3 months following cryopreservation
Excludes medication, anesthesiologist fees & optional blastocyst biopsy for future chromosome testing prior to cryopreservation.
