Develop a Strategy
Empowered, Informed Choices:
Planning an effective fertility treatment strategy.
From your first visit, you’ll be involved directly in your care. The doctors will spend time to demystify the fertility field for you and will communicate on your terms. They want you to be informed so you are equipped to make good choices as you move forward.
You’ll get clear information about your health status and the facts about every treatment available for your unique situation. The benefits and risks, as well as the financial and time considerations associated with each option, will be explained and discussed with you in detail.
With complete information and the support of Drs. McGuirk, Feinberg, Kovalevsky and Neithhardt, you’ll take charge of your fertility – and know you’re doing what’s right for you and your family.
Reproductive Associates of Delaware is a member of Advanced Reproductive Care, Inc. (ARC), the nation’s largest network of Reproductive Endocrinologists (physicians medically certified in reproductive medicine and infertility treatment) who are committed to making the cost of fertility treatments predictable and affordable to assist couples with their challenges of building a family. Diagnosis and Consultation
Finding Answers, Offering Hope:
Conducted with care to help choose a treatment pathway.
A thorough reproductive health evaluation is a must before any course of treatment can be responsibly recommended. You’ll find that our facilities make it efficient and comfortable for both you and your partner.
If you are having trouble conceiving, have a history of pregnancy loss or have been told that your problem is “unexplained,” we believe you’ll appreciate our doctors’ thoughtful, thorough approach. In our view, these unexplained issues may not have been adequately explored.
Drs. McGuirk, Feinberg, Kovalevsky and Neithardt truly get to the bottom of your infertility and pregnancy loss history, drawing upon their years of clinical and research experience with problems such as:
- Fibroids (myomas) of the uterus
- Polyps and other abnormalities within the uterus
- Diseased and/or blocked fallopian tubes
- Pelvic scarring (adhesions) from prior infection or surgery
- Previous tubal ligation (sterilization)
- Polycystic ovaries and insulin imbalance
- Male factor infertility
If a fertility-enhancing surgical procedure is recommended, you’re in excellent hands. Dr. McGuirk, our director for reproductive surgery, has unique skills and experience with minimally invasive outpatient treatments such as hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Drs. McGuirk, Feinberg, Kovalevsky and Neithardt perform laparoscopic procedures. Each surgical case is performed by two of our physicians, providing you with unparalleled benefits of safety and chance of success.
The best news about these sophisticated outpatient techniques? Many times they help clear the way for natural conception and a healthy pregnancy or allow us to proceed with other conservative, cost-effective treatments. Our goal is to do the right thing for you, allowing you to grow the family you’re dreaming of.
