University Of Delaware Research Study

RAD is collaborating with the Physiology Core Lab at the University of Delaware for a research study examining estrogen effects on blood vessel function in women.

You may be eligible to participate if you are:

  • Female between 18-30 years old
  • Have normal blood pressure
  • Have no history of heart disease or diabetes
  • Maintain normal weight and do not use tobacco
  • Study involves taking Antagon and Estrogen

The study requires 5 visits to the laboratory (about 14 hours total).

Closed - IVF Clinical Trial 2018

RAD is currently seeking patients to participate in an IVF clinical trial. In addition to helping us advance the field of fertility, participants who qualify will enjoy benefits like free or significantly reduced costs for study medications and treatment. We have additional research opportunities on the horizon that will start in Fall 2018.

Closed - IVF Clinical Trial 2017
Reproductive Associates of Delaware is currently seeking patients to participate in a fertility research study designed to compare two medications used for controlled ovarian stimulation (COS), in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles.

The study medications and some study-related tests and procedures may be provided at no cost to qualified participants.

You may be eligible for the study if you:

  • Are between 21-35 years old
  • Have a regular menstrual cycle of 21 to 45 days
  • Have a history of infertility and desire pregnancy
  • Have an AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone) ≥ 5 (ng/mL)

Your decision to participate in the study is voluntary and deciding not to participate will not change your care at Reproductive Associates of Delaware.

Closed - LutrePulse Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism Clinical Research Study
Reproductive Associates of Delaware is participating in the LutrePulse Clinical Research Study. The study is evaluating the ovulation rate in women after receiving an investigational pulsatile gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) medication. The study requires patients that meet the following criteria.

  • You are a woman 18-40 years old
  • You have a clinical history or were recently diagnosed with primary amenorrhea with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
  • You desire to become pregnant

Closed - AMH Study
RAD is currently seeking patients to participate in a research study by donating a blood sample that will help evaluate a test that measures Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH). AMH is a naturally occurring hormone found in both men and women. In women, AMH, is related to the reproductive cycle and the ability to get pregnant, and may help identify women who may have problems getting pregnant because of poor ovarian response.

Eligible participants will be compensated as a result of their volunteer participation in this study.

If you are currently planning to undergo your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd cycle of ovarian stimulation for IVF, you may be eligible to participate in this research study if you meet the following eligibility:

  • You are between the ages of 21 and 45 years old.
  • You have regular menstual cycles (between 21 and 35 days).
  • You have both of your ovaries.
  • You are not currently on oral contraceptives.
  • You do not have confirmed PCOS.
  • You have not had any ovarian surgery within the last year.
  • You have not recently had drug or radiation treatment for cancer.
  • You are not currently pregnant
  • You are willing to provide a blood sample according to the research study.
